This is in great condition with the books and documentation. The disk is in perfect condition with the key. The box has some moisture damage and a tear on one side, but inside the books are great. 3 are still in the shrink wrap.

The box says it is 4.0 professional edition but it also mentions an Upgrade on the box so I think it is the full version with an upgrade, but I am not sure .
