Additional Information

Order will only shipped to the PayPal confirmed address. If shipping address is not a confirmed address (the address on file with credit card company), the order might subject to cancellation and the money will be refunded back to the credit card.

Unverified or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for shipping charges from packages that are returned to us because of an incomplete/unverified address/unclaimed items.

Shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but are missing are not our responsibility. It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the Hong Kong Post or the Local Postal Service of the buyer's country. Most packages are issued $50.00 standard insurance.
