A beautiful and colorful map from the Mitchell General Atlas, published in 1849. This map has great presence and nice original hand coloring! The map itself is set within a separately engraved and ornate border. A wonderful and curious map - would look tremendous framed and hung on a wall!
Condition:
Overall, very good condition. The map has typical wear commensurate with age - minor toning and staining (exactly as pictured!).
