1. Beauty masks: mix the clay with warm water in 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic bowl, and whisk thoroughly until paste is smooth and creamy. Apply with wet fingertips a thin, even layer of a mask, rubbing gently in circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and apply a nourishing cream. Use 2-3 times a week. As a result, skin gains elasticity, the pores become less noticeable, and wrinkles are smoothed out.
2. Hair and scalp care: add the egg yolk to the prepared mixture (see paragraph 1), rub it into the scalp, wrap for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Clay strengthens hair and prevents breakage and hair loss.
3. Baths: they remove dead skin cells of the epidermis and soften rough skin on the elbows, arms, and legs, promoting the healing of minor wounds and skin cracks. Dissolve 1 tbsp of clay in 1 liter of water. Soak your hands (feet) in the solution. Take this bath daily for 20-30 minutes.
