This is the true synthetic Color Change Alexandrite - Chrysoberyl, not a Flame Fusion Corundum imitation (simulant). Material is completely the same as the best varieties of genuine Alexandrite - Russian, Brazilian, or Rhodesian. The color change is from green in daylight to purplish red in incandescent light.

The same quality natural Alexandrite is extremely rear and much more expensive than Diamond especially stones bigger than 3-4 Carats. Crystal has grown by vertically pulled (from melt) method, also known as Czochralski pulled.

Cut stone quality is AAAAA - as high as possible.
