Matilda Jane girl's puff sleeve dress.  SIZE 6.  Blue and brown horizontal stripes.  Jersey knit material.  There is elastic in the sleeves and just below the chest/above the waist (please refer to pics).   I no longer have a 6 year old to model this, but depending on your child's height, this dress will likely be knee length or shorter (I would suggest pairing it with shorts or pants).
