There is a 3/8" vertical tear along the front lower spine edge, plus a split to spine at the front inside cover -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, folds, indentations, browning pages, lesser tears, rub-wear, soiling, etc -- spine shows NO lean, with slight bowing, & 3 top to bottom spine creases, as well as top to bottom spine creases along both spine edges -- overall condition Good Minus, at best
