We can ship to virtually any adress Australia Wide. Please note that there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to a limited number of areas.
When you place an order, please allow 1-2 business day for processing and handling of your order.
Aramex, Australia Post, StarTrack & Sendle are our preferred Carriers, please allow 3 - 10 Business Days after dispatch for order delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (Return Postage at Buyers Expense). We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not usually give refunds if you simply change your mind, however, customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns about a product you have ordered.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
