If your order gets delayed or lost royal mail will only allow claims after 15 days for standard delivery. All our orders are sent through royal mail 2nd class so they don't have tracking number. For next day delivery, we provide full tracking details. We are happy to provide you with receipt of postage upon request for all shipments. Please don't use next day delivery if you are buying on Friday.
Refund Policy
We try our best to make the best products possible but sometimes mistakes does happen. After all we are only human. If there are any defect on the product please let us know as soon as possible and provide us with pictures where the defect is. We have a 14 days return policy if you are not satisfied with the item. Let us know before you send back anything. We will refund/replace the item, as per your requirement, once we receive the original product with the original tag.
