This beautifully crafted vintage finished crewel embroidery piece features a stunning botanical and butterfly design. The intricate details and vibrant colors bring this piece to life, making it a perfect addition to any home decor.

This is simply gorgeous. One of the nicest Mid-Century botanical Crewel Needlepoints I’ve ever come across. The execution by the artist is exceptional, truly talented. The colors are vibrant and lovingly matched and stitched. There’s a fabulous “shadow” designed by the manufacturer to add depth and interest to the background. The wood frame is era appropriate but sports some separating at the edges. The piece itself might be a little dusty and would probably benefit from a good cleaning, but there are no stains. It appears to be German in origin as the back has the title “bunte rosen on sticker. The word Grobe?

With the frame it measures 36” by 17.5” high.

This piece would make a great gift for any embroidery enthusiast or nature lover.
