Needs Reframing. Damage to All Four Corners of the Mirror Which Can Be Covered By a New Frame

Present Frame is Damaged, Inexpensive Tin. I Will Leave the Frame on to Help With Shipping. Does Have Backboarding. Says Made in Japan but I am Unsure if That Means the Mirror is Made in Japan
