This was one of buddy rich personal fibes snare drum is a very special one my father was the owner of a jazz nightclub in New York City in the 60s and seventies he had many big bands played there and one of them was buddy rich my father new buddy and buddy had many fibes snare drums and buddy rich gave him this one it was a gift from buddy and my father keep in in his office at the nightclub for years I only changed the skin I am keeping the original skin that buddy rich signed to my father this drum was played by buddy rich at the club very rare buddy will play a 6x14 and fibes made very few of this size this snare is in super nice condition the drum is over 50 years old in mint condition I never seen one this nice and all original and the sound of this drum is amazing besttt ever this special fibes snare drum is as close to NOS as your going to get.original Fibes snare wires will come with the drum I put on 20 strang new pearl snare wires pearl is the only one that has wires that will fit and work perfectly like the original one
