- 100% iron, traditionally, it is believed that cooking in iron utensils, such as a karahi, provides health benefits. It is said that when you cook food in iron vessels, it reacts with the metal surface. As a result, iron gets released in the food.
- Wash the iron utensils with a mild dish washing detergent and dry immediately. Don't use any abrasive kitchen scrubbers or sponges, such as steel wool.
- Before storing, apply a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect it from rust. Always store the pan in a clean and dry place away from water and moisture.
- Please clean the Kadai Pan nicely with clean water before your first use.
- This iron karahi is entirely handmade from traditional pure iron, therefore the surface will not be completely smooth & may contain marks/bumps. Please Note Scratches & Uneven Surfaces Are Normal On These kind of Handmade Products, Please don't expect like Machine made finish. But it does not effect on the performance of the item.
