Mostly complete. Missing the brown stairs, a blue bird some utensils and maybe some other very small items but all the major pieces are there except the stairs. The stickers were not applied and are missing. The box has some wear. Instructions are missing but are available for free online. Comes as shown and described. All sales final. No returns.
