There is no label on the box to tell you what this kit is for. The instructions are in the sealed plastic bag of parts, and I can read that this is to be a city tenement. This kit is complete.

Shipping Policy: I bill for the actual cost of shipping, plus 35 cents for packing materials. I do NOT charge for “handling”. I will combine shipping on items when possible.
Sales Tax: For some states, ebay has implemented a policy whereby they collect applicable state sales tax from the purchaser and remit same to that state. This is beyond my control. You may want to familiarize yourself with the laws of your state regarding this matter.
