Lovely selection of classic 1863 Young Victoria definitives issued for use in Nova Scotia. Short Set to 12 1/2c with 5c Blue missing. The 1c to 10c values are Mint Hinged wih remaining gum. The 1c and 10c have rough perfs. The 12 1/2c Black has been used with indistinct handstamped cancel and has a small thin on reverse at centre. HCV
