In terms of content , this issue is is fantastic. It has a great fashion and really fascinating features on Yves Saint Laurent and Jane Birkin. There is considerable traditional fashion coverage and also a Couture Crimplene advertising feature including Laroche, Patou, Cardin, Givenchy, Paco Rabanne,Venet and Feraud all showing their take on Crimplene. I recall Crimplene becoming available and how thrilling it was to buy a fabric that was so brightly coloured, colour-fast which did not fray. In this era, before inexpensive High Street fashions, many of us bought Vogue patterns and tried to recreate what we saw in the magazine - how funny to think how thrilled we were with the easy to sew Crimplene fabric.

CONDITION: very good
The cover is fresh and bright - there is a pressure mark on the cover because it has been forced against a A5 gatefold insert between pages 7 and 9. I have found this to be almost always the case on this issue. The spine is white and complete. The internal page are in great condition and the bound in insert about ski resorts is still present. Really lovely condition. See the scan of the cover it is the actual magazine not a stock photograph.
STILL IN VOGUE has a policy of honesty in the description of the vintage and used magazines we sell. This may work against us in that we draw attention to damage and it sounds much worse than it is. Not all vintage magazine sellers offer individual condition reports so one is left to assume their magazines are all in mint condition. We hope however that you, the buyer, appreciate that we want to supply you with goods that will match or exceed your expectations and not dash them.
