Just Fords offer a 14 day returns policy. All items must be signed for at point of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the item before signing for it. Once signed for, the transaction is complete and you are signing that the item is received undamaged and we hold no responsibility for refunds or exchange for damage during transit. If the courier will not wait for the item to be checked it must be signed as unchecked. The courier will leave a card if the customer is not available. It is then your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange collection / re delivery . If item is returned to us following failed delivery due to customer not being present you will be asked to pay for the item to be resent. Any damage to our item, not during transit, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and sent back to us within 5 days. A full P&P refund is issued, in the same form as upon purchase, on any item returned due to an error on our part. . . All items purchased are recorded, tracked and shipped within 24 hours unless stated otherwise. If a part is purchased in error the P&P charges shall not be refunded. Return is at the buyer's expense. If the item was sent as free postage you will be refunded minus £7.95 upwards to cover original postage expense (dependent on size) All returns must be in original packaging and original condition. All our parts have been marked for security purposes. Any part or security mark that has been tampered with will not be refunded. Returns are void if the item/part is tampered with, dismantled, taken apart used etc. Receipts will not be sent with items as we are a low cost company if you require a receipt you must print this from eBay yourself.
