- It's very rare to find this in yellow and blue instead of the pink/green. I think the colors are the only differences in the sets.
- Not all pieces are present, but most of them are. No people are included.
- Most of the stickers have fallen off, so they will need to be glued back on. They are in good condition.
- The roof has some fading from the sun, see photo, otherwise I didn't see any damage.
- The former owner cut up the original box and taped the pieces onto a sturdier box, those pieces are included (most are faded), also instruction booklets shown are included.
- The pieces are a little dusty.
- Size: Closed it is 19" across x 10" deep x 12" high. Open it is 37" across x 6" deep x 12" high.
I will ship promptly in a protective box.
