This is a rare original PROMO copy of the classic BLACK STEEL IN THE HOUR OF CHAOS 12" by PUBLIC ENEMY on Def Jam Records (CAS 1477) from 1988.  An absolutely essential old school hip hop record from this legendary group!  The vinyl is in VG condition some light wear and some light, unobtrusive surface noise. The record comes in it's original Def Jam promo sleeve with original hype sticker on the front and a small "92" bpm sticker in ballpoint pen on the top of the sticker, as pictured. Don't pass this one up!
