I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not.

These novels are in good or better conditions, both with solid spines and great or better inside pages (photo#15 examples). They have a few signs of wear - mostly contained to Volume 3 - although the flaws are primarily lighter in severity and affecting their externals, and all are described below. Due to eBay's photo limit, with lots involving multiple books, I am not able to show the detailed looks I try to maintain, so if you would like any extra photos of a specific description/book, feel free to let me know!

*USC: Upper spine corner
*LSC: Lower spine corner
*FTOC: Front cover's top outer corner

*BBOC: Back cover's bottom outer corner
**Vol 3: Good condition, with a solid spine and great overall inside pages. Other than a few light cover indents, it has some mostly lighter and external signs of wear. USC and LSC have light scuffing. Front and back covers' top edges have light if any shelf-scuffing/wear other than a ~1/2" indent on the front near its middle (photo#10 w/illumination), and a ~1" indent/depression on the back near the USC that shows on ~10 pages as a small indent. Their bottom edges have some light shelf-scuffing/wear, with an additional ~1/2" scuff on the front near the FBOC. FTOC and FBOC possess tiny scuffs/bends, each goes lightly thru ~20 pages. BTOC and BBOC have tiny indents/scuffs/bends, they also go thru ~20 pages as light bends. Front cover has a light vertical ~5.5" depression near the LSC (photo#11 w/illumination). Page edge has ~2" scuffing near its middle, with a few other small scuffs around. Small scratch/indent near title, another near FBOC. Back cover has a light ~1" indent/depression near its center, and a small one on the spine edge (photo#12). Light ~1" scratch near bottom edge. Light ~3/4" scuff on page edge near BTOC. Retailer's original price sticker over barcode - might come off; I prefer not to mess with them.
**Vol 4: Very good condition, with a solid spine and excellent overall inside pages. Few and lesser signs of primarily external wear. USC and LSC have light scuffing, LSC has an additional small peel/tear where it meets the back cover. Front and back covers' top and bottom edges have light if any shelf-wear/scuffing. FTOC and FBOC possess light ~1/2" indents around them, each with tiny scuffs/bends/cover peels at the extreme corners that go thru ~30 pages as light bends. BTOC has a light ~3/4" indent around it (photo#13 w/illumination), with a tiny indent/scuff/bend at the corner that goes thru ~5 pages as an indent and ~1/2 as a light bend. BBOC has a tiny scuff/bend. Front cover has a small ding/depression near the FBOC (photo#14 w/illumination), shows lightly on ~3 pages. Back cover has a small page edge indent near the FTOC.
