This pretty dress is from Julie Billiart in a misses size medium.  Solid true red in color.  

Fully lined, made of polyester.  Pullover style with string tie at the waist.  There are hip pockets.

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 19.5 inches across

waist is 19 inches across

hips are 23.5 inches across

sleeves are 20 inches long

length is 34 inches long
