Good condition. Book has creasing, edge and corner wear as well as scuffed, edges & small rips. Spin also shows significant wear.Bottom part of cover split from the spine. Stress lines are visible. Paper is tan to brown, but no bitterness is apparent. Interior page holes are visible on the bottom of some pages.
