Text Reads, "Deutscher Rad-Fahrer Bund" & "All Heil!"
And Translates to, "German Cycling Federation" & "Safe Travels!"
By Marzi & Remy - thumblift engraved 1888 = 135 years old!

Condition and Description: Overall in excellent+ condition, only minor quibble is some slop at the pewter strap (lid sits perfectly flush when left at rest - exactly as pictured). This a fantastic and uncommon high wheel bicycle stein with great color, tremendous presence and displays incredibly well! The thumblift is quite striking, it is of a large ram holding a shield that has custom engraving - "RV", 1888 & Kreis Gelhausen.

Height: ~9.3" tall from base to top of thumblift

Width: ~4.3" at the base of stein's body
