NOTE: USPS [and probably other carriers] keep raising shipping rates and one pound costs the same as one pound 15 ounces.  IF heavy FEDX is often cheaper so you may want to check the rates on both.

NOTE:  Please understand that I price my items to Sell; I have set a price which I believe to be fair.  I do not use the ‘‘Make Offer’ feature as I have found that it muddies the process w/out-of-bounds offers.
