This sweater is so chic. One arm is like a regular sweater. The other is fully open like a cape and hangs asymmetrically at the hip. Be aware that if the wind took it, one side of your belly and chest would be exposed! I would wear a tank underneath. This item lists for $150 on Revolve website.
