You choose from drop down menu.  Fuses come with base shield unless stated.  Some options are for base shields only, one is for a 5A fuse that needs new fuse wire.

Postage is auto combined, order as much as you like one postage price.

These were taken out of fuse box following an upgrade.  Not tested but I can see fuse wire intact on all but one of the fuses.
