These walnut panels with carved faces are from France and date to the late 1800's. They are matched carvings with good detail finished to a warm medium color. They were once originally panels on a large sideboard. Note that there is a lot of woodworm damage in the panels and a nose is missing from one of the carvings (see photos). Overall these panels are in fair condition with plenty of character. Dimensions for each: 12.5" tall, 10" wide and 2.25" thick.
