The buyer should have item inspected/tested/sterilized upon receipt and before placing into use. Seller assumes no responsibility for the proper or improper use of this product. If the item is to be used in conjunction with patient care and/or diagnostics, it is the responsibility of the buyer to get proper certification/licenses for use of this item. It would be highly recommended and wise to have a bio med completely check the product for its performance and safety parameters before actual use.

Handling and Shipping

       For the safety of the environment, we use recycled materials for packing. 

Your item will be carefully packed using bubble wrap / shipping peanuts / cushioning material for fragile content.

There is NO extra charge for packing materials or "handling" unless specified differently in the item description above.

Please let us know if you prefer new packing materials and we will charge you respectively.

The store holds no responsibility for uninsured packages that got lost or damaged during shipping.

       Customs and Taxes

The customer will be responsible for any import tax or custom charges in his country!

We can't declare a lower value than the real item value unless it was discussed and agreed by us.

Return Policy

We accept 30 days returned items by money back or replacement (buyer choice when available).

If you decide to return the item please first CONTACT US!

If the item is sold "as is", there will be no returns for it unless it's an issue of "item not as described".

Items that qualify for returns must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the item and must be in the same condition they were received.

Please send the package back by Post office and not by Courier and update us with the tracking number.
