Antique Advertising Ink Blotter

This ink blotter measures 7 7/8" x 3 1/4".  Because it reads Alexandria, Dakota, it may pre-date South Dakota statehood in 1889.

There are some darker ink marks on the blotter that appear on the front and back.  The lower-right corner is creased, and there is wear to the corners and edges.  (The corners are soft).  Overall discoloration from age.
