Brand new and unopened. Box is in rough shape as this is an older collector's item, but the figure is sealed and has never been opened. Please see pictures for box condition specifics.

For new collectors that may not know, some of the Figuarts products will have white powder on the figures that wipes off with a cloth or your hand. The powder is a finish they put on the product at the factory and is not dust or anything like that. Some of these figures may have this.
