REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply return it within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase amount less 10% restocking fee. (Unfortunately since we do free shipping and handling we have to charge restocking fee on all returned items). Thus please ask any and all relevant questions to avoid paying restocking fee! However if an item is not as described and is returned within 7 days restocking fee will not be charged! All item altered according to buyers request will no longer be subject to returns. All items purchased using our lay-way option will no longer be subject to returns.

LAYAWAY

We offer 90 days layaway option with all purchases over $500. The initial payment would have to be 15% of the purchase price and is not refundable. There will be no return option for layaway items, thus please ask all relevant questions prior to purchase.

 

RESIZING

We offer free resizing for rings listed with BEST OFFER option. All other rings can also be resized by us at a small fee. Please feel free to ask any relevant question prior to bidding or placing an offer.

 

 APPRAISALS

We provide appraisals upon request for all items. The cost of these appraisals is $50 and in case of a returned item appraisal fee is non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING

ALL ITEMS SOLD IN USA WILL SHIP FREE. International items up to $1000 will be shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail and the fee will vary depending on the Country. All items over 1000 will be shipped via UPS priority mail which insures safe delivery within 5 business days and will cost 99 dollars. This is a best, fastest and safest method of shipping abroad especially for high end valuables. Please keep in mind we do not make money on shipping! We only charge what it costs US.
