This was made by Taxco silversmith Gabriella Millan Vasquez in the late 1980s or 1990s.

It measures 6 3/4 inches around the inside, so for a slightly smaller wrist. The width is 14mm or .55 inch, and it weighs 31 grams. It's in excellent condition.
