Few decades old (90s maybe) Vintage Western Styled Rodeo Trophy Buckle that has thick brass hued trim edge and a big 3-D horse riding scene at the center.  Floral or Leaf Embellished Engraving.  Nickel Silver markings on backside. USED Pre-Owned shape OR as shown in the pictures it does have some minor patina wear from age or use.  Note the bar on left of scene make me think maybe there missing part. 3 7/8" X 2 5/8" tall....Easily fits up to 1.5" wide belt.  Please view all photos for detailed condition as condition sometimes is a matter of opinion.
