Experiment In Germany: The Story of an American Intelligence Officer, written by Saul Padover.  Amazing memoirs of an American Army OSS Officer stationed in Germany the final year of the war. This book was published only one year after the war ended! Published in 1946 by by Duell Sloan and Pearce. This is the First Edition, with "I" on the copyright page. Not only is this book scarce, but copies with an intact dust jacket are difficult to come by.  A Very Good condition hardcover wrapped in a Good dust jacket (See photos). An Ex-libris sticker on the inside front cover; no other marks, no writing, no clipping, clean flat pages, tight square spine. I take great care packing books for mailing; first they are wrapped in kraft paper, then bubble wrap, before going into a padded mailer. Orders for multiple books often go into a box. All photos are of the actual book I'm offering for sale; no stock pics from me. I'm a book collector who buys too many books! No artificial intelligence generated copy. I'll adjust postage for multiple book orders. If you would like to see additional photos or have questions, please ask.
