Baker-778.  Struck in aluminum with a plain edge.  20 mm.  Carpenter Technology was founded 134 years ago in Reading, Pennsylvania, is still in business as of today, and is still headquartered in Pennsylvania.  While an exact date of manufacture of this store card is unknown, the company appears to have begun manufacture of one of the two alloys mentioned on the token, 5-317, in 1955 and ceased production of it in the late 1960s.  (The other alloy, 158, is still made today.)  So this token must date from 1955 into the 1960s.  Regardless of the date, this is a Washingtonia store card that is not often found.  Bright and flashy.
