Yarrapack’s is the new subsidiary open in Melbourne, Australia. The parent company is Wellhao Food Paper Packing Manufacturer, The Company was founded in 2000 and focus on producing Food industry packaging. The Company Products export to Europe and United State market, catering Supermarkets,  Restaurants, Food Services and Confectionery market.  Since 2012  the Company has develop products which are more Eco-friendly by using material from corn PLA, and Sugarcane pulp.  The Company wants to reduce the environmental impact and make the packaging recyclable and biodegradable

Return Policy

• Please message us on eBay before opening a return request.
• Attaching a photo of the issue will expedite our ability to assist you further.
• Before returning an item, please contact our us for instructions.
• If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.
• All items must be returned in exact condition as sent.
• Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
• Faulty items: We will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on returns.

Delivery

• Please ensure the addresses under your eBay & PayPal account are correct.
• Local pickup location – Springvale, Victoria
• All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria to Australia wide via AUPOST or Fastway or other selected couriers companies
• Please ensure that you are providing the correct delivery address before making payment, otherwise late delivery or cancel order may occur.
• After dispatch, tracking number will be available. Delivery companies usually delivers between 2- 6business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.
• Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by courier. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.
