ORIGINAL GENUINE VINTAGE FOOTBALL PENNANT FROM THE PERSONAL COLLECTION OF ENGLISH REFEREE HAROLD HACKNEY

This was presented to Mr Hackney when he was linesman for the Fairs Cup tie between Royal Antwerp and Barcelona on 17th Nov 1965.

I am selling a number of items on behalf of the family of MR HAROLD HACKNEY ex Football League referee from BARNSLEY. Harold began his career in 1950 and was on the Football League list of referees and linesmen from 1958 to 1977 and officiated across the country at all levels from local non league matches to Wembley and the top clubs in the country, as well as taking part in a number of matches in Europe.
