This has been on a display stand since new. Never had batteries installed.  Never seen water.  Bought this just as a display piece.  Includes radio/transmitter.  No batteries.  No charger.  This has not been tested for operation.  Local pickup in Peoria, IL available as well as buyer paid shipping through ebay
