New without Box but selling as For parts or not working since i'm unable to fully test this remote. Was able to connect with Xbox one but then it gave me waring that 3rd party device will be disabled in a week, so unsure if this will work long term, also haven't tested with PC or other devices. So selling this device as is and what you see is all you get. To perform testing, I simply put 2 AA batteries and press the pairing button the remote, similar on xbox console and it connected right on.
