 You are looking at a newer 2000 era AKG model D8000M model dynamic cardioid microphone with very good sound characteristics and it comes with an original mic clip, data sheet, mic pouch mic, case and new exterior pop filter for improved sound performance. This mic is set at Low Z with a warm tone that will get the job done if you are singing or broadcasting. A rugged affordable entry level AKG mic.

 I have to be honest. The sound quality on this cheaper AKG mic is not on par with a Shure SM58 by any means but it's still a good all around mic. This is the cheapest model made by AKG. Their mics are generally top notch but this is entry level for sure. A good mic for karaoke or basic broadcasting and singing. Just don't expect studio quality from this D8000M. That's not where this mic stands.

 I'm not sure how old this mic is as I think they are still being made but it's in extremely nice physical and working condition. I don't normally deal with these newer models so I don't know much about them. The users guide / data manual has all the info you need on this mic.

 As you can see there is virtually no wear on the painted satin black finish of this mic. There are lite signs of dust on the mic and clip in the pics taken. My apologies. The front screen has zero indentations, odors or tarnish. The original foam is still inside the globe and looks perfect. This mic has it's painted white graphics. The XLR pins were cleaned as well ensuring a perfect signal once a cable is attached. Please let the detailed photos be your guide.

 The mic has excellent uni-directional characteristics and is great at cancelling out any background noise. The new black exterior foam pop filter fits the mic like a glove and really helps clean up the sound of the mic. You don't need it but it might help the cause a bit.

 The mic comes with a beautiful original mic clip that works very well for this mic and will screw onto any mic stand. 

 I actually have two of these mics available for sale if you need more than one. 

 Overall I would rate this mic a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10 in the cosmetic department.

 The original mic pouch and mic box are included. The mic pouch shows no signs of wear but the box does. You just need a cable to operate the box. Still a great package deal.
