This Revue skirt is in excellent clean condition. There are no holes, snags or stains on this skirt. There is a tie on the side to help secure the skirt to your waist. There is a slit up the bottom of the back of the skirt that goes up 10”.

Across the waist measures 16” (but has some more stretch, the back of the skirt has elastic).
