 according to the producer descriptions -"WAHLER". 

German Parts and German Quality Re-manufactured (not reconditioned), protection all along the process, according to the producers descriptions.

 The valve is mechanically and electrically 100% new , just the body is changed from an old one.

Your warranty for the EGR valve begun on the purchase day. From this day you have a 12 month warranty.
