This pair of girl's Skechers Twinkle Toes light up shoes are new, never been worn.

There are multicolore lights on the toes that sparkle with every step.  There is an "ON" button to make the lights work

or to keep them turned off.  The "ON" button location is shown in the photos.  The shoes are not rechargeable.
