Epiphone E360TD-12 Riviera Model 12 String Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1965 or1967 - even Epiphone can't determine the exact year because of s/n overlap between the 2 years).  This guitar was made by Gibson in their Kalamazoo, Michigan plant during the time that Gibson purchased Epiphone and designed and manufactured both product lines.
This semi-hollow body guitar features a sunburst lacquer finish, laminated maple body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, and a newer Gator hard shell case for extra protection. The Epiphone E360TD-12 string
is more or less the same as the more common 6-string Riviera, with only a non-vibrato 12-string tailpiece and the longer headstock.  It is an excellent design with superior tone and one of the better instruments of its kind.  Please see reviews on the net to hear how amazing this guitar sounds.  This model was introduced in late 1965 as the 12-string craze gripped the guitar world and they were shipped in limited numbers through the late 1960s. The Epiphone semi-hollow design mated with mini-humbucking pickups create a unique sonic instrument so much so that  Carl Wilson of the Beach Boys used a sunburst example of the Rivera 12 just like this for many years. Overall length is 44 1/2 in. (113 cm.), 16 in. (40.6 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 5/8 in. (4.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).

This guitar is very clean overall some ageing checking to the finish and only minimal wear - the most obvious being 2 marks on the sides of the headstock where it rested on guitar hangers.   The neck and frets show very little if any signs of wear and the back shows no buckle rash.. The hardware is all original minus the epsilon "E" on the pickguard - not sure if this guitar ever had one.

If you are looking for a vintage guitar that has been well cared for throughout its life and if you are seeking a guitar with sonic character like no other this could very well be your guitar.   I purchased this new from the Gibson sales folks a few years after it was released.   Overall Excellent Condition with newer updated HSC.
