Reshoes was born in 2019 when company founder Lauren Tasker spotted a gap in the market for premium branded pre-loved shoes for women. Lauren who was an avid purchaser herself became frustrated with the lack of choice available for quality second hand shoes at affordable prices as well as encountering slow shipping times & lack of return options. With this in mind Lauren decided she could create a much better experience than what was currently available on the market. Fast forward to 2023 and RESHOES has seen tremendous growth year on year allowing us to acquire bigger premises & expand our team as well as our product lines. Sustainability is also at the forefront of what we do, with every purchase made with us we are saving 1 pair of shoes from going into landfill where it can take up to 40 years for them to decompose. Currently globally there are 23 billion pairs of footwear manufactured every year and out of that, 22 billion will end up back in landfill.
