- Strictly manufacture and quality control to ensure meet the performance of original one. Using inspection tools to check accuracy of hole's position and flatness of pan.
- Remove the mounting bolts and drain the oil after the car was supported by jacks.
- Use socket to loosen and existing the old pan, also remove any metal debris with clean rag.
- Run a bead of the sealant used to hold the fiber gasket to the new oil pan and install the gasket.
- Make sure the holes for the bolts in the gasket and pan match each other and then tighten the screws or bolts to keep the seal.
- Replace the old oil filter and add the proper amount of oil. Make sure to watch for leaks.
