Brewing Guide:
1) You have to use a teapot or gaiwan with about 120ml~150ml capacity.
2) Warm it(pour hot water in it and pour out) and pour 5~8g tea in the teapot.(The weight will be different according to different teas,for example,Lapsang souchong,Jin jun mei,about 5g,Tieguanyin and Dahongpao,about 7~8g),you can also do it according to your taste.
3) Pour in 85-90 c degree water, steep and discard the tea liquor quickly.
4) Pour in 85-90 c degree water again, make the water reach the 80% of gaiwan.
