Vintage Nylint Real McCoy tether midget race car made in 1998 as one of their final and finest cars before closing the plant. The car, wheels, tires and fuel cell are real, the Red Head engine is not. The car is 25 years old new/old stock in the original box and includes copies of the original papers, advertising, parts list from the 1950's plus the original Nylint brochure.

Weighs over 2 pounds and 9 1/2 inches long, limited production in 1998. The car was surplus inventory from the Nylint plant when it closed and never was sold or placed in a hobby store. They are getting rare especially in mint condition.

Original Real McCoy's are $ 1,000 + with most in private collections. Nylint produced these 1950's era cars to copy real and tether cars from the 50's to collect and race. The car, wheels and tires are real, the Red Head engine is NOT although they are raced with real engines installed.

Great for gear heads, collectors, race car drivers, race fans or gift. Never been out of box (NOTE: pictures are my own car)
