I believe Minarelli made these for Indian motorcycles to get into the mini bike market in the 1970s. This has M42 part numbers which indicate it’s a 70cc mini bike engine.

Not 100% sure regarding the tank and exhaust but they came as a package.

Engine looks pretty well complete, I have not taken it apart.

Has been shelved as a project a while ago but I know i won’t have the time to get around to it

No broken fins on the head or barrel, one bent fin on the head see pics.

Cover is in good condition also with no cracks or broken bits apart from the small chip off the lower left bolt hole see pics.

Cases gears shafts bolts piston etc all look great with no pitting or damage. Engine is not seized however I haven’t turned it much, just enough to know it’s not locked. I have put WD40 in every hole I could to stop any issues.

Tank is pretty dented on the left side but has no rust holes and is very solid with good mounts and no sign of being repaired.

Exhaust is pretty good too but looks like it may have been repaired (could be factory welds) at each end of the muffler. There is a baffle loose in the muffler however it is straight and rust free, surface rust only. Heat cover on muffler is good.
